Are we better yet?

This week has been a tad rough. Started the week off with Johnson not feeling well. Jerry and I took him to the doctor on Tuesday. Running nose, deep cough and sneezing. He didn't get to start the sitter on Wednesday. Jerry stayed home one day this week with him and then I stayed home with Johnson and Jordan on Friday. She's got it now. She is running a fever with hers. I'm not feeling so well. Jerry is working this weekend, so I'm trying to get myself and the two kiddos all better. :)

Birthday Wishes!

Today is my brother's 30th Birthday. He is in the Army and is currently stationed in California. Happy Birthday AW. We love and miss you!!

AND, today is also my mother-in-laws Birthday. We love you Grandma Brenda. Enjoy your day!

Last night, Jerry - myself - Johnson and Jordan loaded up and went to Jordan's school skating party. Her and all her little buddies had a really good time. Our little cousin Jersey and her mom Kaci were there too!

Sitter found....

We have found a sitter. Her name was given to me a few different times yesterday from a few different people, but I didn't get her number until today. Thanks to everyone that sent me names and numbers!! Johnson and Jordan start on Wednesday of next week.....

I need a sitter....

My mom has been watching Johnson and Jordan for us. She just don't have the strength to keep doing it. She is really bummed about it, she loves spending all this time with them. But her and I both know that she needs her rest. So, now I am sitter hunting, and I must say it's really got me stressing out. If anyone has any names they could pass to me, that would be fabulous! I have called 14 people and they are all full!!!! I didn't even know there were 14 in home daycares in Olney. WOW!

This is what I would need - I need someone for the next 7-8 months. Once Johnson turns 1 year of age, he will go to Small Blessings.

Johnson full time. Monday - Friday. 7:30ish - 5:15ish

Jayce lives in Florida with her hubby, Nathan. Jordan misses her like crazy. They talk almost everyday. The emails they send to and from just warm my heart right up! Jayce - Jordan is so lucky to have an Aunt like you! We love you and can't wait to see you in March and then it won't be long until we are there! We are ready for some warm sun, ocean and beach!! Here is Jayce's reply to the email Jordan sent her on Sunday:

Last night shortly before bed, Jordan wanted to know if she could send her Aunt Jayce an email. I said "sure, just shut down the computer when you are done." She went on her way, while Jerry and I picked up the kitchen and put Johnson to bed. About 10 minutes later, Jordan came out and said she was ready for bed. So, to bed we all went.

This morning as I always do, I checked my email and thought about what Jordan had asked to do. I went to my "sent items" and this is what she had typed up and sent to Aunt Jayce:

Silly girls!

busy..busy..busy

I have been back to work for 7 weeks and feel like now we are finally in a good routine in the AM and PM. With this being said, Jerry found out this week that he will be leaving for Texas for 2 weeks here soon. SO, there goes our routine. :)

Let's see...this week was crazy busy for me at work. It was non-stop all week long. Seems like when one printer or computer goes down, they all want to go down.

Johnson had shots this week, that always breaks my heart. He was a trooper though. He also had his 4 month checkup on Thursday. Went very well. He is now 19 pounds and 26 inches long. HE LOVES TO EAT!

Jordan had tumbling and dance practice this week, hung out with G-Ma Brenda one day after school, went to the movies and spent an evening with my mom and Aunt Georgia.

In other news, the furnace in our rental house was replaced this week, we looked at 2 houses in Olney and got our taxes done.

Last night I watched some movies while Jerry went out for awhile. Fireproof and Eagle Eye! Both very good movies!!

...so, do they have practice? Tights or no tights? Are they performing...wait it's been cancelled. But, they still practice... :)

Wanted to say THANKS to Emily & Brad for all their help yesterday getting Jordan to and from..and to and from! Brad..you make a really nice MR MOM on the go! :)

Busy Sunday

Today was a busy day for the Ginder family. It started with us making some breakfast, doing 6 loads of laundry, showers and all the feedings for Johnson in between. Jerry and Jordan wanted to go snowmobiling, so that's what we did first. They had so much fun. After their joy ride, we went to ElRancherito for a late lunch. A visit to GMA Tweet was our next stop. She is in Burgin Manor recovering from a hip break. Last but not least, the great place we call Wal-Mart.....boy, was that place busy today. FINALLY HOME to watch the super bowl, even though we are not football fans. :) Here are a few pics from today....ENJOY!! Come on already! I'm ready to RIDE!!
